Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, developing new product lines, and designing packaging for our range of beauty accessories, including hair tools, LED mirrors, and cosmetic accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design software, packaging design, and product development processes to bring innovative products to market that align with current industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trending products, categories, and consumer preferences within the beauty accessories industry.
• Develop new product ideas and concepts based on trend analysis and customer insights.
• Design packaging that is attractive, functional, and aligned with brand identity using graphic design software.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and import teams to ensure product designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Create detailed product specifications and prototypes for new items.
• Manage the entire product development cycle from concept through production launch.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovative packaging solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and visual assets for new product lines as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong experience in packaging design tailored to consumer products.
• Demonstrated ability in product development within the beauty or related industries.
• Excellent trend analysis skills to identify emerging categories and consumer preferences.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and import partners.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
