QE Solution Architect / QA Automation Architect (Pre-Sales & AI Strategy) **Remote

• Design and Architect Quality Engineering (QE) Solutions:
• Develop end-to-end QE strategies including automation, testing processes, test data, environments, DevOps, and AI integration.
• Design the overall testing/quality architecture tailored to client needs.
• Hands-On Technical Expertise:
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Advanced API testing (REST/SOAP) and SQL experience.
• Practical knowledge with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Experience with Playwright highly preferred.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
• Pre-Sales and Consulting:
• Engage with clients to understand their challenges, present solutions, and help secure new business.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting complex QE concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to create technical roadmaps and articulate business value.
• AI in Quality Engineering:
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted testing and LLM validation.
• Capable of leveraging AI as a differentiator in QA solutions.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to QE professionals (potentially managing up to 10 direct reports).
• Guide teams through the implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Strategic and Architectural Mindset:
• Analyze client QA problems and design target architectures.
• Recommend technology/toolsets and build implementation roadmaps.
• Define and measure business value for QE solutions.
• Key Qualities:
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to operate as a Senior QA/QE Architect, Automation Architect, DevOps expert, Pre-Sales Consultant, Technical Leader, and AI/QE strategist.
