Job Description

We’re seeking a SR. Full Stack Developer to build and support secure, scalable SaaS solutions using modern full-stack and AI-assisted development practices. This is a full-time remote role with onsite meetings in Carrollton, TX once per month.

COMP

: Up to $135K depending on the candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting full-stack applications, APIs, integrations, and services.
  • Build secure, scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software while leveraging AI-assisted and agentic AI tools for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead complex production issue resolution and root-cause analysis, while conducting code reviews and mentoring developers on engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Establish automated testing, quality standards, and technical documentation while identifying and mitigating risks related to AI-generated code, including security, data privacy, and maintainability.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5–8+ years of software/full-stack development or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud-hosted applications
  • Experience with modern software architecture, integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and security
  • Experience with retail operations, inventory systems, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise systems preferred
