What you’ll do

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies

• Conduct psychological assessments and create expert annotations

• Write clear psychiatric analyses and clinical documentation in Gujarati and English

• Review AI evaluations in mental health contexts and explain where the system falls short

Who this is for

• MD, MBBS or equivalent medical degree, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license

• Experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Gujarati clinical settings

• Native Gujarati and advanced English, with knowledge of Gujarati and Western psychiatric frameworks

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
