What you’ll do

• Use ISDA Master Agreements in simulated negotiation and redlining work

• Review AI responses to derivatives contract scenarios for accuracy and risk analysis

• Set the standards used to assess derivatives documentation tasks, including the evaluation framework and grading criteria

• Improve the guidelines and practices used in AI contract review workflows

• Clear written and spoken English
