What you’ll do

• Mark up aircraft maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs, checking the described work against the FAA rules in Parts 43, 121, 135 and 145

• Judge the AI’s reading of borescope engine inspection images and reports, then call out anomalies and propose corrective actions under FAA standards

• Review the AI’s assessment of composite structure inspection processes and results against regulatory requirements and industry practice

• Check AI-generated interpretations of approach plates and flight operations briefing materials for errors in navigation or operations

Who this is for

• Hold one of these: an FAA A&P certificate, an Inspection Authorization (IA), or Part 145 inspector status at an equivalent level

• Have at least eight years working hands-on in aircraft maintenance, inspection and regulatory compliance, including borescope inspection reports, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs and approach plates

• Bring strong written and verbal English, close attention to detail, and hands-on command of the FAA rules in Parts 43, 121, 135 and 145

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
