Job Description
• $80–$285 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when
Work on the cutting edge of clinical AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the medical judgment you already have.
The healthcare AI systems people are talking about are trained and tested by real clinicians. The teams building them need primary care physicians to work through realistic patient cases, check whether proposed reasoning and next steps hold up, compare treatment decisions with current guidance, and point out anything wrong, missing, or potentially misleading. Your judgment helps shape how the next generation of AI handles medical questions and decisions about patient care. This is that work, done remotely around your current clinical role.
What you’ll do
• Check case details, including medical history, reported symptoms, and exam findings, for accuracy and completeness
• Judge whether proposed diagnoses and next steps follow sound clinical reasoning
• Compare treatment plans and ways of managing patients with current clinical guidance
• Flag medical content that is wrong, unclear, missing, or could mislead, then explain the concern using evidence-based reasoning
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $80–$285 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier clinical AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most people in primary care will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping primary care, and the clinicians who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Relevant experience or demonstrated expertise working in primary care, such as general medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine; related clinical fields also qualify
• Knowledge of how to assess patients, reach diagnoses, reason clinically, plan treatment, follow current guidelines, and apply evidence-based medicine
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail; able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $80–$285 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
