The AI systems changing financial analysis are trained and tested by people with real investment experience. The teams behind them need investment finance professionals to set challenging, realistic tasks, assess the answers AI produces, write the response an experienced practitioner would give, and point out where its reasoning breaks down. Your judgment helps train future models on valuation, financial models, markets and investment decisions. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.

What you’ll do

• Create realistic valuation and financial-modeling prompts from deal experience

• Assess AI-generated work on capital markets and investment decisions

• Write the answer an experienced finance professional would give for valuation and financial modeling tasks

• Explain whether the AI’s reasoning is weakened by factual errors, unsupported conclusions or unrealistic assumptions

Who this is for

• At least one year at a well-known financial firm or a legitimate startup, working in areas such as hedge funds, growth equity, private equity, venture capital or investment banking; some of that experience must fall within the past seven years

• Strong written English, with the ability to set out complex financial reasoning precisely

• A top-ranked university undergraduate degree is preferred

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
