Backed by top-tier US investors, they’ve grown quickly in a short space of time, serving customers from high-growth companies through to publicly traded enterprises.

• Strong database skills: PostgreSQL, SQL, ORMs, migrations and schema design
• Experience deploying on AWS (or similar), with solid CI/CD and production-readiness fundamentals
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• Pragmatic, fast-moving and curious, someone who makes decisions based in reality, not theory
• Python and a modern web framework (FastAPI, Flask or Django) is a bonus
