We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead developer-focused marketing initiatives within the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. This role will drive large-scale marketing campaigns, developer engagement programs, and community activations designed to increase awareness, adoption, and participation among technical audiences.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience marketing to developers, software engineers, and technical communities, with a strong background in AI, cloud, enterprise software, or developer platforms. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and delivering results with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant experience focused on developer or technical audiences.
• Proven experience executing developer-focused marketing campaigns and community engagement programs.
• Experience organizing and managing virtual or global developer events, hackathons, workshops, or technical programs.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, technical audiences, and software communities.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing AI, machine learning, generative AI, developer tools, cloud platforms, or technical software products.
• Experience driving developer adoption programs, technical community engagement, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs targeting developer and technical audiences.
• Plan and manage developer activations, including virtual events, community initiatives, workshops, and hackathons.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution from strategy through launch, promotion, reporting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, partnerships, content, and community teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Create and manage promotional strategies, communications, and engagement programs for developer communities.
• Develop content strategies leveraging community stories, customer success examples, and developer-generated projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends, developer technologies, and industry developments.
• Manage multiple global initiatives while maintaining high-quality execution and operational excellence.
