Fully Remote (US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, LATAM) Full-time
What you will do :
Build and improve the matching engine using ML models and embeddings
Design and maintain data pipelines that feed model training and product features
Ship LLM-powered features into the product using frontier models
Own evals and monitoring so models don’t silently degrade
Work directly with founders to identify the highest-leverage AI bets
What You Bring :
Proven track record of shipping ML, data, or AI systems in production
Strong Python and SQL fundamentals
Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or agentic patterns
Comfortable owning data pipelines alongside modeling work
You can work in ambiguous situation and move forward
Have worked remotely in the past
Any level of experience (New Grads Ok)
