Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First Development)

The role

You’ll turn product specs into working software using AI tools, agents, and your own engineering experience. You’ll own delivery from planning to production, do much of the work yourself, and coordinate with a small remote team.

• Turn product specs into technical plans
• Build and ship features end to end
• Review and refine code to production quality
• Make architecture decisions across the web app, backend, and AI systems

Expect about 80% hands-on building, 10% architecture, and 10% coordination.

You should have

• 7+ years of software engineering, with real ownership of shipped production systems
• Strong experience building software with AI coding tools
• Solid skills in TypeScript, React/Next.js, backend APIs, and PostgreSQL
• Production experience building LLM-powered features such as tool calling, RAG, or multi-step agents
• Comfort working independently from loosely defined requirements

Strongly preferred

• End-to-end launch of an Android or iOS app on the Play Store or App Store
• FinTech backend experience and a solid understanding of financial data correctness and reliability

Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers, PostgreSQL, Drizzle, AI SDKs

Commitment

This is a full-time role in a fast-moving startup and requires 100% dedication.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
