About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated E-Commerce Administration & Marketing Assistant to support our e-commerce operations and day-to-day admin. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Hours:

Thursday & Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm (Sydney time), with scope to expand to 3–4 days as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service support via email and phone
• Managing supplier and customer communication, including daily liaison on product information and pricing
• Processing and managing customer orders through Shopify
• Maintaining Shopify site information and basic site formatting
• Data entry of supplier invoices into Xero
• Preparing and sending weekly to monthly EDMs (email marketing campaigns)
• General office and administrative duties

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration or e-commerce experience (required)
• Marketing/EDM experience (essential)
• Xero and Shopify experience preferred but not essential — training provided
• Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style
• Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to work independently
• Full Australian working rights (required)
