Remote AI Accountant

We are partnering with a growing AI technology company that is looking for experienced accounting professionals to help train and improve AI systems. This is a fully remote opportunity where your accounting knowledge will be used to evaluate, analyze, and improve AI-generated financial and accounting content.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Accounting Specialist will use their accounting background to review financial information, assess AI-generated responses, identify errors, and provide detailed feedback. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to use their existing experience in a technology/AI environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and evaluate AI-generated accounting and financial responses
• Identify accounting errors, inconsistencies, and incorrect calculations
• Apply accounting principles to real-world financial scenarios
• Provide clear written feedback explaining why an answer is correct or incorrect
• Review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting-related information
• Help improve the accuracy and quality of AI models
• Complete accounting-related projects and assessments
• Work independently in a fully remote environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Professional accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience with financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable reviewing detailed financial information
• CPA is a plus but not required
