About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable WordPress Developer to join our team in Clifton, Karachi.

All of our websites are built on WordPress, so we need someone with strong practical experience in WordPress development, customization, troubleshooting, optimization, and website management.

This is not a basic content-editing or Elementor-only position. The selected candidate must be capable of independently handling WordPress development tasks, solving technical issues, customizing websites, and building professional, fast, responsive, and SEO-friendly pages.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development

* Develop and maintain WordPress websites.

* Create new pages and high-converting landing pages.

* Work extensively with Elementor and Elementor Pro.

* Customize WordPress themes, layouts, and templates.

* Customize and improve existing WordPress websites.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins.

* Identify and resolve theme/plugin conflicts.

* Fix broken layouts, functionality, and technical issues.

* Maintain website structure and navigation.

* Ensure full mobile and tablet responsiveness.

* Safely manage WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates.

* Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related problems independently.

WordPress Coding

Strong knowledge of the following is preferred:

* PHP

* HTML5

* CSS3

* JavaScript

* WordPress Hooks (Actions & Filters)

* WordPress Functions

* Basic MySQL/Database Knowledge

* Custom WordPress Development

The candidate should be capable of making custom WordPress changes rather than depending entirely on plugins.

SEO-Friendly Development

The developer will work closely with our SEO expert and must understand how to implement SEO requirements correctly.

Basic knowledge of:

* H1, H2, H3 structure

* SEO-friendly URLs

* Meta titles and descriptions

* Image ALT tags

* Internal linking

* Schema/structured data

* Canonical tags

* 301 redirects

* XML sitemap

* Robots.txt

* Indexing/noindex

* Technical SEO

* Google Search Console

is required.

The SEO expert will provide the SEO strategy, while the developer will implement the technical and on-page requirements correctly.

Website Speed & Performance

The candidate should understand and be able to improve:

* Google PageSpeed

* Core Web Vitals

* LCP

* INP

* CLS

* Image optimization

* Caching

* CSS/JavaScript optimization

* Lazy loading

* Mobile performance

* WordPress performance

Landing Page Development

You will develop service pages and landing pages for our dental websites in Dubai and Karachi.

Every page should be:

* Professional and attractive

* Mobile responsive

* Fast-loading

* SEO-friendly

* Conversion-focused

* Suitable for Google Ads/PPC

* Optimized for WhatsApp and phone calls

* Designed for an excellent user experience

CRM & Automation — Advantage

Experience with the following will be a strong advantage:
