This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, drive meaningful changes, and contribute to the responsible growth and innovation of our firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own recurring AI portfolio reporting, including use case inventory, financial benefits, expenses, adoption, and key business outcomes.
  • Maintain reporting logic, business rules, and supporting documentation to allow consistent reconciliation across source systems and reporting outputs, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data quality issues with accountable partners.
  • Analyze portfolio trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities, including lifecycle progression, benefit realization, and potential reuse or overlap across use cases.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, executive presentations, and written updates that clearly communicate portfolio performance.
  • Support governance forums and leadership reviews through agendas, materials, meeting inputs, action tracking, and timely escalation of reporting or data issues.
  • Improve reporting processes through standardization, automation, documented controls, and practical use of AI and analytics tools.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, portfolio management, governance, business operations, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or comparable tools, with demonstrated ability to manage, reconcile, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Experience developing clear executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders, including the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights.
  • Ability to independently manage recurring deliverables and respond to ad hoc requests while navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, value drivers, risks, and responsible adoption.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, AI governance, or technology portfolio oversight.
  • 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, portfolio management, governance, business operations, or a related discipline.
