Job Description
I’m working with a well-established recruitment firm in the City that specialises in professional services.
They need an EA to support their two Directors and the wider operations team. Over time, the role could also take on more marketing support.
You’ll need to already know how a recruitment or search business runs. Alongside the usual diary, travel and Board meeting work, you’ll be the Directors’ main point of contact for clients and candidates. That means coordinating interviews, keeping the CRM accurate, tracking Partner WIP, formatting CVs and posting ads.
What the role covers
- Diary, travel, hospitality and Board meeting management for two Directors, and being their main point of contact while they’re on leave
- Coordinating and confirming client and candidate interviews
- CRM compliance, Partner WIP monitoring and DocuSign terms
- CV formatting, job ad posting and running the central admin inbox
- Supporting the Marketing Director with training, client and employee gifts, and candidate surveys
- Office and operations support: onboarding and offboarding, company events, supplies, first-line IT, the weekly Interview & Offer Board, and acting as Fire Marshal
What they’re looking for
- At least three years as an EA or PA, ideally supporting Directors
- A background in recruitment or executive search
- Confidence dealing with a range of personalities, and comfort being a visible part of the team rather than working in the background
The package
- £36,000–£44,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home
- 25 days’ holiday, plus extra for birthday
- Private medical after probation
- Monthly wellness allowance
- Profit share
The team is mature and supportive and it takes work-life balance seriously.
