Experienced Analyst / Associate - Advisory Future State, AI Workflow Builder

About the Role

Evercore is seeking an Experienced Analyst / Associate to join the Advisory Future State team in New York to help shape and scale the firm’s AI capabilities across Investment Banking. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product management, and workflow transformation helping drive initiatives that enhance banker productivity and create differentiated client insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers, Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, develop AI-enabled workflows, and support the delivery of internally developed AI solutions. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure to strategic decision-making, innovation, and the future evolution of advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Evercore’s AI strategy by identifying opportunities to improve banker productivity and enhance client insights through AI-enabled solutions
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, assist with pilot programs, and support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of AI tools across Advisory
• Support the intake, assessment, and execution of AI use cases by gathering business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping translate needs into scalable solutions
• Build and maintain AI-enabled assets, including agents, prompts, skills, automated workflows, and knowledge resources, to improve productivity and accelerate adoption across Advisory
• Partner with bankers, Technology, and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows, internally developed applications, and workflow automation solutions
• Gather and analyze user feedback, adoption metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve AI tools, workflows, and the overall user experience
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
• Prepare presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is intellectually curious and eager to take ownership in a dynamic environment.

Core Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or another financial services environment is required
• Passion for building AI-enabled workflows, prompts, skills, agents, or automations using modern AI platforms, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies

Location

This position is based in New York. In-office attendance is expected in line with Evercore’s standard in-office policies.

Expected Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $185,000
