Freelance AI Video & Post-Production Specialist

ARL is a creative studio working across brand strategy, identity, websites, and campaigns. We’re looking for a freelance AI video and post-production specialist for project-based collaboration.

We use AI-assisted production within a clear creative direction. The focus is on visual storytelling, thoughtful execution, and a polished final piece.

Project scope

• Translate a creative brief into visual development, shot ideas, and production tests

• Generate and refine material with suitable AI tools

• Maintain visual consistency across shots and sequences

• Combine generated material with editing, compositing, motion graphics, color, and sound

• Refine pacing and finish, then prepare the agreed delivery formats

We’re interested in creative judgment, control over the production process, and the ability to carry an idea through to a coherent finished piece.

Portfolio and application

Portfolio required. Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.

Please include a portfolio or reel with relevant finished work. For each selected example, explain your actual contribution, the tools and workflow used, and which elements were generated, filmed, edited, or created by other collaborators. A short process breakdown is welcome.

Portfolio screening questions

1. Please share your relevant portfolio link and identify the example that best represents your work.

2. For that example, what did you personally create or deliver, and what was handled by other collaborators?

3. How did you combine AI production and post-production to achieve the final result?
