Job Description
Location: Remote, working Eastern or Central Time hours
Travel: Buffalo, NY, every 4–6 weeks

We’re seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions that turn complex business needs into practical, scalable technology. This role combines hands-on delivery, architecture leadership, and stakeholder collaboration across Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation .
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Agile teams to design, build, test, and deploy AI and technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical architectures.
- Integrate AI capabilities across cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate technologies and solution options, clearly communicating tradeoffs, risks, and business value.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve architecture challenges across interconnected systems and products.
- Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business impact.
- Participate in architecture reviews, governance, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using GenAI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
- Strong background in software or service engineering, application integration, and architecture principles and patterns.
- Experience with multiple programming languages.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and explain complex AI concepts in terms of business value.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Availability to travel to Buffalo, NY, every 4–6 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services experience, including banking technology design.
- Experience in two or more technical roles related to banking technology design.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering enterprise technology presentations.
- Graduate degree in a technical discipline.
- Industry-recognized programming or cloud certifications.
