Job Title: AI Marketing Project Manager (Contract, Remote)
Location: Remote (preference for New York, NY candidates able to be onsite 2-3 days/week)
Visa Status: W2: USC, GC GC EAD. OPT , H4
Job Type: Contract, 3 months (W2)
Pay: $70.00 per hour
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing & Communications. You’ll connect marketing owners with AI development teams based primarily in Ireland and guide projects from scoping through build, pilot, adoption, and measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, data, security, vendors, and distributed resources
Partner with Marketing Owners to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
Drive responsible AI delivery with human-in-the-loop checkpoints and brand, legal, compliance, and privacy requirements built in
Oversee pilots, testing, release readiness, and handoff to operational support
Lead adoption and change management, including training and impact measurement
Report on progress, risks, and escalations to sponsors and stakeholders
Qualifications
Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology, data, or AI-enabled initiatives
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with distributed teams
Strong planning, risk management, status reporting, and executive communication skills
Working knowledge of AI delivery concepts: data quality, integrations, validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance
Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans
Comfortable collaborating across Ireland and U.S. time zones
Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This is a W2 position; sponsorship is not available.
Pay: $70.00 per hour
