We are looking for a hybrid Brand Strategist & Content Writer to establish our unique brand voice, construct our digital footprint, and drive growth from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, full-time role where strategic thinking meets creative execution. You will be responsible for defining how EZ Wellness shows up in the world from the macro branding plans to micro-level execution like Instagram creatives, product image conceptualization, and high-converting ad copy . If you have a passion for the wellness space and know how to tell a story that connects deeply with modern consumers, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive lifestyle and wellness brand positioning framework .
• Define the core brand identity, including target persona alignment, voice, tone, and competitive differentiators.
• Formulate a cohesive content ecosystem mapping back to core business targets (brand awareness, lead gen, community).

2. Copywriting & Content Creation

• Write compelling, high-converting copy across platforms: Instagram captions , static scripts, reels, and product detail descriptions.
• Craft concise, punchy hooks and body texts for paid brand advertisements (Meta/Google ads).
• Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with the EZ Wellness tone clear, engaging, empathetic, and authoritative.

3. Social Media Visual Direction & Creatives

• Conceptualise aesthetic Instagram post layouts, carousels, and stories that stop users from scrolling.
• Maintain a pristine, cohesive grid aesthetic reflecting premium wellness trends.
• Stay up-to-date with viral wellness trends, audio formats, and community engagement tactics.

4. Product Image & Aesthetic Building

• Direct the visual narrative for product photography, including storyboarding e-commerce images and lifestyle mockups.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure final media assets reflect an “effortless wellness” lifestyle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of full-time experience as a Brand Strategist, Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Specialist.
• Niche Expertise: Prior experience working directly with D2C, lifestyle, fitness, supplements, or wellness brands is highly preferred.
• Design Savvy: Proficiency in design and storyboarding tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma to draft concepts.
• Storytelling: A proven track record of using emotional storytelling to build online communities.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding frameworks, written copy, and visual social media grids.
