Job description:AI Copilot Developer

Job summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft’’s Copilot ecosystem such as Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, expertise in generative AI concepts, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solution

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Power Point) and other business platforms. - Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents that streamline workflows and automate tasks. - Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph API. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate needs into technical specifications. - Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to extend and enhance Copilot functionality. - Conduct internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. - Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. - Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to end-users for the successful adoption of new Copilot features.

Who are we looking for
