Job Title - ServiceNow AI Engineer

Role Type: Contractual/ Project Based

Timezone: 1 PM to 9 PM IST

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
• Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization.
• Clear communicator and problem solver.

Qualifications

• 9-10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
