Institutional Sales Associate - Capital Markets Agentic AI Startup

INSTITUTIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE needed at one of our Capital Markets Agentic AI STARTUP clients!!! Hybrid 3x per week in NYC only. Base $90k - $120k x2 OTE plus performance based EQUITY. Looking for 2 - 4 years of new logo sales experience selling AI or other relevant technical solutions into hedge funds and/or asset management firms. Must be able to run initial demo yourself so must have a strong understanding of AI tools and use cases.

Our client provides an agentic AI platform and its agents that let capital markets firms act on their own data, inside their own environment, without ripping out what they already run. They’re traders, financial technologists, CIOs, and institutional sales leaders, building what we wish they’d had.

• Pick your targets and get in the door

• Sit across from PMs, COOs, CTOs, CISOs, and heads of business

• Hear the objection underneath the question

• Know when a deal is real and when it’s politeness

• Work live deals with our CRO, first meeting through firm-wide deployment

• Keep every commitment you make
