Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled Java Full Stack Developers with 2-6 years of experience to join our team supporting mission-critical applications.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  • Strong Full Stack development experience with React.js OR Angular (Mandatory)
  • SQL and Database Optimization
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing
  • Multi-threading & Concurrent Programming
  • REST APIs, OOPs, and Design Patterns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred:

  • Investment Banking / Financial Services experience
  • Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
  • Trading, Risk Management, or Capital Markets applications
  • Low-Latency / High-Performance Systems
  • Agile/Scrum environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js/Angular
  • Build high-performance backend services and responsive user interfaces
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following TDD practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
