Job title: ServiceNow ITOM Developers & BA
Location: Remote (Approximately once a month at the client site in Dallas, subject to confirmation)
Duration: Long-term contract
Job description:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Work on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Write and maintain JavaScript, business rules, scripts, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and support testing, deployment, and enhancements.
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM development experience and relevant certifications, CSA & CIS are required.
