This is a fast-paced, high-touch role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable managing a constantly changing schedule. • Helping keep both the executive’s professional and personal life organized and running smoothly

  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion

Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish without needing constant direction

  • Flexible - you are comfortable with a schedule that doesn’t always fit neatly into traditional business hours

  • Thick-skinned - you can handle a demanding environment and direct communication without taking things personally

  • Low ego - you’re focused on getting things done, not on titles or recognition

  • Discreet and trustworthy - you understand the importance of confidentiality

  • A strong communicator - you know how to communicate clearly, efficiently, and professionally

A problem solver - you don’t come back with “I can’t”; you come back with solutions and options
