Job Title: Design Assistant, VIP

Primary Purpose: The Design Assistant, VIP plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of Coach and Coachtopia VIP dressing opportunities. Through strong project coordination, cross-functional partnership, and attention to detail, this individual helps bring bespoke creations to life while ensuring exceptional execution across fittings, events, and talent engagements.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to..

• Support the development and execution of bespoke Coach and Coachtopia creations for key industry events, talent appearances, and editorial opportunities.
• Coordinate fittings, garment logistics, and event preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality, organization, and execution throughout the VIP dressing process. Partner with Design, Product Development, Atelier, Production, Merchandising, and PR teams to support VIP opportunities, maintain project tracking, and foster positive relationships with talent teams and industry partners.

The accomplished individual will possess…

• 1+ years of experience in fashion design, styling, VIP relations, product development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating fittings, sample management, garment logistics, and cross-functional partnerships is preferred.

An outstanding professional will have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and luxury fashion standards.
• Ability to hand sketch
• Proficiency in Adobe suite including but not limited to illustrator and photoshop Passion for fashion, culture, celebrity dressing, and delivering best-in-class experiences for talent and industry partners
