Seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled therapy in a skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living skills, documenting progress, and supporting patient-centered rehabilitation plans. Requirements include an associate degree in Occupational Therapy, active California COTA license, and current BLS certification. Preferred experience in skilled nursing, geriatric populations, and familiarity with ADL retraining, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment. Key duties involve working days, 8-hour shifts, with potential to float to nearby facilities.
