Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Software Engineer (AI Engineer) with 3-5 years of experience to design, build, and deploy custom AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business problems. Based out of our Bangalore (HSR Layout) office, this full-stack role combines deep software engineering, customer-facing problem solving, and modern AI implementation. You will own client features end-to-end, taking workflows from initial requirements through rapid production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to map out business processes, address technical requirements, and deliver technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI-powered applications, multi-agent systems, and production automation workflows.
• Build scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and interactive frontend layouts using React.js.
• Create, evaluate, and iteratively optimize semantic prompt engineering logic for enterprise business use cases.
• Lead and manage development tracks independently, ensuring clean software integration with legacy enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot client production issues and deliver technical onboarding documentation or structural guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of solid software development experience across the complete stack (Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
• Proven hands-on track record building GenAI or LLM-focused applications (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama).
• Practical familiarity with modern orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) and RAG setups.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication, requirement gathering capabilities, and an independent problem-solving mindset.
