🎬 We’re Hiring: AI Video Production Manager Media Star Hyderabad

Media Star is building an AI-powered entertainment platform for short, serialized video dramas. Using generative AI, we turn scripts into fully produced episodic series that viewers binge and pay to unlock. We’re looking for a manager to own the production pipeline behind every episode we release.

⏳ Experience: 2-3 years

🔹 The role

You will own Media Star’s AI video production workflow, from script to release-ready episode. You will lead a small team of producers, editors and interns, set the quality bar, manage output against deadlines, and keep the pipeline improving as AI tools evolve.

🔹 What you’ll own

• Run and continuously improve the script-to-episode workflow across AI image, video and voice tools

• Plan the content calendar and make sure episodes ship on schedule and to standard

• Onboard, mentor and review AI video producers and interns

• Define QC standards, style guides and continuity systems, and sign off on episodes before release

• Evaluate AI tools on quality, speed and cost, and keep cost per episode in check

• Partner with Content, Promotion and Product teams

• Build templates, prompt libraries and SOPs, and track output, turnaround time and rework rate

• Anticipate bottlenecks and model limitations, and escalate early with solutions

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years in video production, post-production, animation or content operations, including experience coordinating or leading a team or pipeline

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs)

• Solid editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar)

• A strong eye for storytelling, visual quality and continuity, ideally in episodic or short-form content

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams

• Experience with trackers and QC systems (Notion, Airtable, Sheets or similar)

• Clear communication and comfort giving direct, constructive feedback

• Comfort in a fast-moving startup with evolving tools

🔹 Nice to have

• Experience with short-form drama, web series or OTT content

• A portfolio or reel of AI-generated or traditional work
