React Web Developer

About the role

We’re after a React developer who takes pride in building web apps that are fast, accessible and easy to use. You’ll work closely with designers and backend engineers to ship features that real people rely on every day.

What you’ll do

• Build modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
• Turn designs into reusable components and help grow a shared component library
• Connect the frontend to REST or GraphQL APIs and handle data fetching and caching
• Keep pages fast by focusing on performance, bundle size and Core Web Vitals
• Make sure the app works well across browsers, screen sizes and accessibility needs
• Write tests and take part in code reviews

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and styling tools such as Tailwind, Styled Components or SCSS
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context, React Query or similar)
• Experience with Next.js or other server-side rendering setups
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD and Agile delivery
• Clear written and spoken English, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team

Nice to have

• Experience with micro-frontends
• Accessibility (WCAG) knowledge
• Arabic RTL and bilingual UI experience
