WordPress Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive WordPress Developer to join our team as a full-time onsite team member. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and performance-focused websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on client requirements.
• Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, pages, and website layouts.
• Develop and customize websites using Elementor, Gutenberg, and other WordPress page builders.
• Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins and integrations.
• Customize WordPress functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize website speed, performance, security, and overall functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, plugin, theme, and compatibility issues.
• Implement forms, contact systems, booking features, payment integrations, and other website functionalities.
• Perform WordPress updates, backups, migrations, and routine maintenance.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing platforms when required.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain organized documentation for website configurations, customizations, and technical changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and website customization.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with WordPress website speed optimization, SEO best practices, and security.
• Experience with website migrations, backups, domain/DNS configuration, and hosting environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and webhooks is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite work environment.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Work Location: In Person

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
