Gen AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Gen AI Solution Architect to act as the solution architecture extension of the AI Enterprise Architect, translating enterprise-level AI architecture into detailed physical designs for the AI platforms . This role will provide hands-on architecture guidance to engineering teams and ensure AI platform capabilities align with enterprise architecture standards, security, governance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual, logical, and high-level physical AI designs into detailed solution and physical architectures.
• Provide architecture guidance for core AI platform capabilities, including:
• Model integration and lifecycle management
• Small Language Model (SLM) execution patterns
• AI APIs and access controls
• AI integration within enterprise applications
• Telemetry and observability
• AI guardrails, policy controls, and data protection
• Translate model selection frameworks and decision trees into actionable design guidance based on cost, performance, risk, and business requirements .
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from solution initiation through production implementation.
• Review implementation decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture patterns and standards.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, reliability, operational readiness, and governance .
• Apply secure engineering practices, including threat modeling and vulnerability mitigation .
• Support observability and SRE capabilities for AI workloads, including model usage, performance, and risk monitoring.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, and SRE teams to drive consistent adoption of AI platform standards.
• Provide implementation feedback to help evolve enterprise AI architecture patterns and reusable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Solution Architecture / AI Architecture experience.
• Experience designing and integrating enterprise AI platforms and capabilities .
• Understanding of AI/ML model integration and lifecycle management .
• Experience with GenAI, LLM/SLM integration, AI APIs, and enterprise application integration .
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, guardrails, and data protection .
• Experience with telemetry, observability, monitoring, and SRE practices .
• Knowledge of secure software engineering, threat modeling, and vulnerability mitigation .
• Experience working closely with engineering, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and SRE teams .
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on enterprise AI platforms in large-scale organizations.
• Experience translating AI model selection frameworks into technical architecture and implementation guidance.
• Experience embedding AI capabilities into business applications.
• Experience supporting AI solutions through the complete SDLC, from architecture through production .
