**Legal AI Solutions Lead Up to $230K + Bonus Hybrid EST/ CST Timezone**

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify workflows that can be enhanced through AI
• Design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases across the organization
• Act as the bridge between legal teams, IT, and AI technology vendors
• Evaluate new AI technologies and provide recommendations on adoption, suitability, and business value
• Drive AI adoption through training, education, and change management initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and solve complex business challenges
• Support AI pilots, testing initiatives, and enterprise deployments
• Create documentation, best practices, and training content for attorneys and business professionals
• Help shape long-term AI strategy and workflow automation initiatives across the firm

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience within a law firm
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, AI implementations, or AI-enabled workflows
• Experience driving adoption, training users, and supporting organizational change initiatives
