Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java / J2EE
- Good hands-on experience in SQL and database troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and Shell Scripting
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application support
- Experience in L2/L3 Production/Application Support
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Java-based production applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, Unix/Linux, and AWS-related issues.
- Analyze logs, SQL queries, and production incidents to identify root causes.
- Perform RCA and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.
- Monitor application health and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
- Support deployments, production changes, and operational activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
