Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kronos / UKG Developer with 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central or UKG Pro WFM, integrations, APIs, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to develop, maintain, and support Kronos/UKG solutions and integrations with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Work on UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM configuration and development.
• Design, develop, and support Kronos/UKG integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces, data mappings, and integration processes.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
• Analyze and troubleshoot integration failures, application issues, and production incidents.
• Perform data validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Monitor interfaces and resolve data/integration issues within agreed timelines.
• Work with business analysts, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support production releases, enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mappings, and support procedures.
• Participate in system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Kronos / UKG Workforce Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong experience in Kronos/UKG integrations and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with REST / SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
• Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze integration failures and identify root causes.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating UKG/Kronos with HR, payroll, ERP, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware.
• Knowledge of workforce management business processes such as timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, and payroll interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile or other structured development environments.
