Role Description The PHP and Website Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites, with a focus on PHP-based back-end functionality and modern front-end interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing web pages, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves collaborating with designers and content teams, troubleshooting issues, improving site performance, and implementing secure coding practices. This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular communication with a distributed team, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of assigned projects from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP programming and database integration.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive layout implementation.
• Candidates should possess Web Development skills for building, testing, and deploying full-stack web solutions.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills for writing clean, maintainable code and working with version control tools.
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills to translate user experience requirements into visually appealing and usable interfaces.
• Experience with frameworks or CMS platforms (e.g., Laravel, WordPress) is beneficial.
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
