About The Role
We’re looking for a hands on, customer facing leader to manage a team of project managers delivering complex AI solutions for enterprise clients at a global market leader in customer experience technology.
This is a true player coach role. You’ll lead and develop a team of approximately 5 to 10 PMs, guide customer implementations, handle escalations, and step into delivery when needed. You’ll work across customers, product, engineering, implementation, and customer success to keep projects moving and make sure the technology delivers measurable business value.
The Ideal Candidate Brings
- 7+ years of project or program management experience
- Previous experience managing direct reports
- 1+ year of experience delivering or implementing AI enabled solutions
- Strong enterprise SaaS, technology, or professional services experience
- Confidence working directly with senior customer stakeholders
- The technical curiosity to understand how AI solutions work, without needing to be an engineer
- PMP certification
Compensation
Base salary targeted around $145K to $165K, plus an annual bonus
