Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a high-growth digital experience assurance program within a business process environment. This role will lead complex customer implementation projects for Cisco ThousandEyes, coordinate cross-functional technical resources, and help establish scalable project management practices for a newly formed project management function. The ideal candidate combines disciplined project delivery, network implementation knowledge, consultative client engagement, and executive-level communication.

Cisco ThousandEyes is a Digital Experience Assurance platform that helps organizations deliver consistent digital experiences across every network—even those they do not own. Powered by AI and an extensive set of cloud, internet, and enterprise network telemetry data, ThousandEyes enables IT teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate issues before they affect end users. The platform is integrated across Cisco’s Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Observability portfolios, helping customers deploy at scale and gain AI-powered assurance insights.

The ThousandEyes team is a pioneering group within Cisco and is establishing its first dedicated Project Management function to support a rapidly expanding customer base. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative, with a strong focus on solving complex challenges, continuous learning, and improving how value is delivered to customers. • Oversee complex technical implementation projects, ensuring customer use cases are deployed seamlessly, on time, and within agreed scope.
• Build and refine internal project management processes from the ground up, establishing repeatable standards and best practices for the new PM team.
• Drive successful customer onboarding by serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve project milestones.
