Anchor is seeking a seasoned, innovative, and versatile Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will architect, develop, and scale high-performance applications spanning multiple programming paradigms. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of traditional systems engineering and modern artificial intelligence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance software components utilizing C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into core product pipelines to enhance automation and intelligence.
- Optimize system latency, memory management, and cross-platform compatibility across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Advanced proficiency in C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
- Proven experience working with AI frameworks, models, or machine learning integration into software workflows.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
