Business Development - Lead Generation Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Research and identify prospective clients in iGaming, affiliate marketing.
• Find relevant decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
• Create personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Start conversations, follow up consistently, and uncover prospects’ needs and interest.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.
• Track outreach results and refine messaging and targeting based on what works.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new segments, companies, and events that could create business opportunities for Scaleo.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, SDR/BDR work, or business development.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
• Confidence writing personalized outreach and engaging prospects in conversation.
• A structured approach to follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and comfort working toward clear outreach and pipeline goals.
• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or SaaS is a plus.
• An existing network in the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem is a plus.
