Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming requests via messengers, chats, and email.
- Providing prompt assistance with account, gameplay, bonus, and payment-related questions.
- Delivering a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
- Crediting bonuses and applying template-based bonus setups.
- Working with reports and data uploads to analyze client activity.
- Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention among VIP clients.
- Processing manual deposit and withdrawal requests.
Candidate Requirements
- Ukrainian — fluent.
- Experience in customer support (preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients).
- Understanding of basic iGaming financial metrics: GGR, margin, behavioral indicators.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Stress resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, non-standard thinking — ability to find solutions beyond typical scripts.
- Strong orientation toward service quality and results.
