Graphic Design Intern

Printemps New York offering a 6-month unpaid internship opportunity for a Graphic Designer Intern.

The primary purpose of this internship is education and training , in collaboration with the intern’s university program.

This is a 100% on-site role based at our One Wall Street corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & In-Store Collateral

Design and produce a wide range of assets, including:

• Flyers, brochures, invitations and e-invitations
• In-store signage (POS, directional, promotional)
• Product labels and retail supports
• Restaurant menus and F&B materials
• Ensure consistency with Printemps’ visual identity and brand standards
• Adapt designs across formats while maintaining a high level of finish and detail
• Adapt and enhance brand guidelines

CRM & Digital Assets

Design and maintain:

• Newsletter templates and CRM visual assets
• Occasionally develop:
• Social media templates (posts, stories)
• Campaign visuals and assets for special projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Visual Merchandising team
• F&B team
• Social Media Manager
• CRM Manager
• Events Manager
• Broader Marketing team
• Translate business and operational needs into elevated, on-brand creative output

Production & Vendor Management

• Prepare and deliver print-ready files with full technical accuracy
• Liaise with external vendors and printers
• Oversee production timelines and ensure quality control
• Ensure consistency between creative concepts and final execution

Skills & Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Canva (for agile, templated content creation)

Strong expertise in:

• Print design and production (bleeds, trims, color profiles – CMYK/Pantone)
• Layout and editorial design (multi-page documents, menus, brochures)
• Typography and visual hierarchy, with a strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of:
• Print-ready file preparation and export formats
• End-to-end production workflows

Start: Fall semester

This is a 100% on-site role based at our One Wall Street corporate office.

The internship must be approved by the school.
