Job Description

A successful, fast-paced professional services firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to its Managing Partner. This is a high-touch role combining sophisticated executive support with personal and household responsibilities and requires someone who can move quickly, anticipate needs, exercise excellent judgment, and remain composed as priorities change.

The Managing Partner is a highly driven executive who operates at a fast pace and needs an equally responsive, resourceful partner who can stay several steps ahead. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, exceptionally organized, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction. This individual will manage a demanding professional and personal schedule, protect the principal’s time, coordinate complex travel, and ensure that the many moving pieces of his business and personal life are handled seamlessly.

About the Job:

  • Serve as the trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, providing seamless support across professional, personal, and family matters
  • Manage a high-volume, constantly evolving calendar spanning business, personal, and family commitments across multiple time zones
  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing competing demands, protecting the Managing Partner’s time, and exercising sound judgment regarding access and scheduling
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and proactively address issues before they require the Managing Partner’s attention
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for the Managing Partner and family, including detailed itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and last-minute changes
  • Manage personal appointments, household needs, vendor coordination, errands, reservations, and other personal requests as needed
  • Serve as a liaison with internal colleagues, clients, business contacts, personal contacts, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with business and administrative matters, including client-related processes, document preparation, correspondence, and other executive office needs
  • Draft, proofread, edit, and prepare polished correspondence, documents, and other materials with exceptional attention to detail
  • Track priorities and commitments and provide proactive follow-up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle highly sensitive business, financial, legal, family, and personal information with absolute discretion
  • Remain responsive and flexible as priorities evolve, including providing occasional evening and weekend support

Competitive base salary + discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) with company match; PTO; parking provided; weekly catered lunch

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive, partner, entrepreneur, or high-net-worth principal
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both professional and personal responsibilities; genuinely comfortable with the full scope of an Executive/Personal Assistant role
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, highly demanding principal with the ability to anticipate needs and keep pace with rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong judgment and discretion with a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and determine when to escalate
  • Exceptional calendar management skills and experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel
  • Polished, professional, and composed, with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact effectively with senior-level and high-profile individuals
  • Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented with a willingness to take ownership of tasks large and small
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage numerous competing priorities without losing follow-through
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience within a professional services, legal, talent, entertainment, family office, or similarly fast-paced, high-touch environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Flexibility to provide occasional support outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends

Standard hours, Monday–Friday, 9 am-6 pm, on-site in the Beverly Hills office five days per week; availability outside of business hours as needed.
