Executive Personal Assistant to the Director
Be the Director’s right hand at Forward Community Care Ltd

Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with possible on-call weekend duties
Employment type: Contract-based (Minimum 12 months)
About the Role
Are you highly organised, confident and proactive—and known for getting things done? We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the Director of Forward Community Care Ltd.
This is more than a traditional PA role focused on diary management and email. You will act as the Director’s right hand: keeping priorities on track, following up outstanding actions, preparing documents, organising meetings and ensuring that important matters do not fall through the cracks.
You will be expected to take ownership. If the Director asks you to follow something up, your response should be: “I’ve already followed that up, spoken to the manager and confirmed where things stand.”

Follow up directly with managers when information, actions or deadlines are outstanding. You must be confident without being confrontational and able to communicate professionally—for example: “This was due yesterday. Could you please send it to me today?”

You should be confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

You do not need to be a qualified social worker, but you must understand the environment in which we operate. Relevant knowledge or experience may include:
· Mental health, adult social care and learning disabilities
· Supported living and supported accommodation
· Social services, local authority commissioners, social workers and care managers
· Safeguarding, risk assessments, and care and support plans
· CQC and other regulatory environments
· Housing and tenancy matters
You will work with professionals across these areas, so you must be comfortable with the terminology and context.
