Job Description

I am working with a Hedge Fund in NYC/NJ that is looking to upgrade the technology team. I am specifically looking for candidates 7-12 years of experience that is interested in taking a hands on leadership role.

  • Design, build, and maintain applications supporting fund operations including portfolio management, order management, risk, and back-office workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-tested, production-ready features.
  • Lead and contribute to system modernization initiatives, migrating on-premises workloads toward Azure PaaS and improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and job execution failures, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Integrate with third-party data providers, APIs, and financial platforms through REST, FIX, and file-based interfaces.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and cloud deployment practices
