Job Description
- Well-established Wealth Management firm in Midtown, NYC, is seeking a college educated, pro-active and confident Assistant with prior experience out of a corporate, fast-paced environment, to provide administrative support within their Human Resources department.
- Serve as the gatekeeper and primary point of contact. Managed complex calendars, internal and external meetings, conference rooms. Organize extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, detailed itineraries, and last-minute schedule changes. Process expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements. Conduct research. Prepare meeting materials for interviews and meeting agendas. Plan and facilitate events, meetings, and team functions. Write and revise HR policies aligning with company goals
- Bachelor’s degree a must with 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, within a high-performance environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and productivity tools, including Salesforce, Zoom, Slack.
- Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, to executive with confidence and integrity
