ABOUT MICKEY DEYMON STUDIOS LLC

Mickey Deymon Studios LLC is a premier digital agency specializing in high-performance online storefronts, commercial photography, and automated reputation management frameworks for local small businesses. We streamline the web development process by deploying beautiful, responsive, and SEO-optimized structures that turn local search traffic into paying customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a fast, detail-oriented, and technically sound Independent Web Designer to take ownership of our visual layout pipeline. In this role, you will have absolute control over your working hours, methods, and location.

Our sales team handles 100% of the prospecting, cold-calling, and closing. The exact moment a contract is signed and a client’s payment clears, the account is handed off entirely to you. You will skip the frustrating process of chasing down leads and step directly into a warm, structured design phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DELIVERABLES

• Rapid Framework Configuration: Construct 1–5 page or 5–10 page responsive small business websites utilizing specialized layout software platforms (MDS environment).
• Fulfill the 5-Day Milestone: Deliver clean, initial visual front-end layout concepts within five (5) calendar days of receiving raw customer text and asset files.
• Execute the Technical SEO Mandate: Perform strict technical optimization audits on all builds prior to launch. This includes ensuring proper nested heading hierarchies (a single <h1> tag per page), flawless text scaling across mobile smartphone views, and 100% completed backend Image Descriptions (Alt Text).
• Deploy Core Legal & Filter Logic: Embed standard Privacy Policy / Terms of Service links into footer sections and integrate our automated review interception forms smoothly.

FIXED FLAT-RATE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

We pay our design contractors strictly on a per-project completed and launched basis. Invoices are submitted weekly on Sunday nights and processed on the following Friday (one-week delay):

• Simple Package Website Design (1–5 pages): Flat $50.00 USD per launched site.
• Professional Package Website Design (5–10 pages): Flat $50.00 USD per launched site.
• Premium Simple/Professional Package Website Design: Flat $100.00 USD per launched site.
• Elite E-commerce Website Design: Flat $200.00 USD per launched site.
• Scalable Client Expansions: Flat $20.00 USD per approved custom add-on page.
• Standalone AR&MS Installation: $30.00

SOME SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Routine Maintenance: Handling minor text, or image modifications for active clients is integrated into your baseline workflow.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must utilize your own high-powered computer workstation, design software, and high-speed internet pipeline.
• Proven experience building clean, fast-loading business websites. Experience working within rapid, template-driven block editors (like Wix, or Squarespace) is a major plus.
• Knowlegeable on HTML and coding (preferred)
• Solid understanding of foundational on-page SEO principles (heading tags, text flow, mobile smartphone scaling, and image metadata).
• Must sign our standard Independent Contractor Agreement (including standard non-disclosure and non-solicitation clauses).
